      Ningbo Nov. 16th--the "Amorphous Nanocrystalline Magnetic Material Engineering Center" (hereinafter called "Engineering Center") jointly established by the Non-Crystalline Functional Materials group of NIMTE and Quanzhou TIZ-Advanced Alloy Technology Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called "TIZ Alloy") was officially launched. Mingqiang Tang, General Manager of TIZ Alloy, and his party visited NIMTE and participated in the kick-off meeting.
      Prof. Yan Zhang and research associate Mingliang Xiang, two vice directors of the Engineering Center, explained the demand for basic scientific research support in terms of the research and development of amorphous nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy composition, the preparation and processing technology of magnetic powder, and the market demand for power inductance powder. The organization structure, personnel division and communication mechanism of the Engineering Center were confirmed, and the operation of the Engineering Center was planned. Dr. Fang Zhao, Chief Engineer of TIZ Alloy, briefly introduced the product structure, core technology and innovation advantages of the enterprise. Mingqiang Tang and his party visited the exhibition hall and the team laboratory of NIMTE under the reception of Prof. Jun-Qiang Wang, they exchanged in detail the latest scientific research progress and important achievements in the institute and the group, which painted a broader prospect for the key technologies and industrial transformation and application of related achievements. Su Yang, Deputy Director of the NIMTE, warmly welcomed TIZ Alloy's visit and looked forward to the achievements of cooperation between the Institute and the company.
      The establishment of the Engineering Center will promote the exchange of production, education and research, and make it a research and development platform for enterprise technology. Through this cooperation, both parties will give full play to their respective advantages, develop products with independent intellectual property rights, promote the upgrading of technologies in this field or the transformation and upgrading of related products, and realize the industrialization of research results.
